Getting Started with SAS® Software for Non-Programmers

AUDIENCE
This introductory course teaches the basics of SAS Software in a point and click setting. It is designed for use on the Windows, OS/2 and UNIX operating systems. This basic course is designed for non-programmers with no prior SAS Software experience.

BENEFITS
This course will teach you how to process data in SAS Software using menu-driven methods. It will show you how to read, modify, summarize data and create reports using the SQL Query window and the REPORT window. It also demonstrates the use of the SAS Import/Export Facility.

PREREQUISITES
No SAS background is required. Candidates should be comfortable using point and click features in a Windows or UNIX environment. They should be familiar with logging on and off their operating systems and with the use of a keyboard and mouse.
