Gartner has stated that the adoption of AI has been the fastest on record of all introduced technologies and methods within the field of analytics. These forms of data and architectures are now available to organizations; however, companies continue their struggle to apply these new capabilities. This workshop is tailored to organizations seeking help in identifying existing or new AI business use cases where data and technology can provide them with untapped benefits only discernible through these newer technologies.
Data types utilized may include unstructured, images, video, audio, streaming, social media, credit, behavioral, search, IoT, metro, geospatial, census, weather, Big Data, and many others. Fast, unsupervised learning is critical to this process where the data scientist uses the power of computing to simulate the human thought process, resulting in greater accuracy and conclusions drawn in minutes, not days.
AI use cases, their feasibility and the bottom-line benefit to the business will be discussed and analyzed. At the end of the workshop, a decision to move forward with a targeted proof of concept will be made.
How It Works
Pre Meeting Conference Calls
An initial one-hour pre-workshop conference call will begin the process. To provide our clients with the greatest outcome, we request the following information:
- A definition of the business
- The department or organization’s biggest challenges or goals for implementing AI into their business processes
- A description of the data and techniques (if any) used today definition of the business
One-Day White Boarding Session
A face-to-face meeting will be held at a mutually agreed upon facility. Per initial discussions, the organization’s attendees will provide full descriptions of data used, processes currently employed and challenges or goals they wish to address. No actual data is required. The strategy of each use case will be considered along with any additional data and processing methodologies. After the discussions, the group will select the best AI use cases and options to move forward with a proof of concept to prove out the methodologies, data, and technologies chosen.
Deliverables
All information discussed and agreed upon will be delivered after the workshop in a Findings and Recommendations Report. This will include an assessment of each AI use case, the potential benefits, a description of current data and new data proposed, along with the methodologies recommended. An estimated level of effort to perform the proof of concept(s) will also be included, as well as recommended organization and vendor staffing.
